There is a good food option within 300 ft - Aklin. Good location near the Bahnhof Zug train station. The staff was great...
-
It is near the airport. We would recommend it to family as staying here was GOOD. Suitable place for trip in Zug.
-
very friendly staff, nice breakfast. The restaurant is nice too
They mark themselves as a business hotel. There is internet available, but only on your tv. So I wasn't able to make use of my laptop and internet. There was a desk in my room, but this was very poor. I'm a small person (1.62m) and it was not comfortable at all to sit behind and work a couple of hours. Imagine you would be a long person.

Good bar / food / service. Excellent reception staff. Superior double rooms are very good, feel far more comfortable than business rooms. Good nights sleep achieved!
Wireless access in the hotel rooms would be of benefit but a cable is provided, but not all devices can use this. Wireless access available in reception.

Located at city center and convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
Size and exterior of the hotel was nice.
-
Excellent choice for business travellers on a short trip to Zug. Hotel is centrally placed within the City and within walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Restaurant & bar serve high quality fare. Staff are friendly and approachable and assist wherever possibe.

Location for walking everywhere and access to rail
Would stay here again!
-
I thought the hotel was delightful. The amenities were excellent, and the room was so comfortable and pleasant. The staff was uniformly warm and helpful and made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here if my travels take me to Zug again.
-
Perfect location in the old part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single modern rooms very functional and clean modern wood finish.
A casual enquiry was made as to what time I would be waking as improvement work was going on. Didn't think this meant I would have builders on scaffolding literally right outside my window so had to have the curtains shut for the duration. When no work going on would be perfect.

The location is very convenient and the rooms are very clean and neat and the staff are very courteous
Room was extremely small and very basic for the amount of money charged. There was no mirror apart from the bathroom, no mini bar even tv was placed with an angle as there was no space to place it properly. I was quite disappointed with the room and the facilities within the room. Felt like I was staying in a small student dorm rather than a proper business hotel.

Historic nature of the building and proximity to the See,
Our holiday stay was dampened by the horrible construction delays that made our long-awauited room on the front of the building, looking toward the clock tower impossible. Parking is very bad. Furnishings are too stark, minimalist. Stayed in groudn floor room in 1983 for two weeks while trianing at Crypto AG in Steinhausen, wanted to show the hotel and Zug to my wife, but this trip was disappointing.

better pillows could be helpful

Everything is the room is wood, it's lovely!
-
Nice view over the Zytturm.
Cold bathroom. Though the location is ticked as "good", you really need to consider the purpose of stay. For normal family vacation the location is definitely not the best - on the crossroad, no view over the lake. For a business travel, city exploration - the location is good, i.e. centre of the city, the whole city is within the walking distance.

Dirty room and air of smoke throughout the hotel
